Where we deliver
We deliver from our kitchen in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India to the areas listed at checkout. Type your address or area at checkout and it will tell you if we deliver there. We deliver only within India and do not ship outside our local area.
Delivery and takeaway
- Delivery. We deliver to the address on your order. The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Takeaway. Choose takeaway and collect your order from our outlet when it is ready, with your order number.
- Pre-orders and plans. Delivered on the day and time slot you choose, as long as you have ordered before the cutoff shown.
How long it takes
The time shown at checkout is an estimate. It depends on how busy the kitchen is, the distance, traffic and weather. We will tell you if a delay is long.
When you are not there
Please keep your phone on. Our rider will call if they cannot find you. If nobody is available to receive the order after reasonable attempts, we may have to bring it back; for orders paid in advance or from a plan or wallet, that delivery is still charged because the food has been prepared for you.
Looking after the food
Our food is fresh, so keep it refrigerated as soon as it arrives and use it within the time written on the label. If a box looks damaged or warm when it arrives, tell us straight away.
