What a plan is
A plan or subscription delivers the boxes you choose on the days you choose, at the price shown when you sign up. You can pay as each order falls due, or top up a wallet that each delivery draws from, as Our Paw Stories offers it to you.
Wallet
- A top-up adds money to your wallet. Each delivered order is charged to the wallet at the price of that day.
- If the wallet runs low, we will remind you. If it goes too far below zero, deliveries pause until you top up.
- You can ask for the unused balance back at any time (see our Cancellation Policy).
Skipping, pausing and cancelling
Skip or pause until 6 pm on the evening before a delivery; cancel at any time. After that time the next delivery is already being prepared and is charged.
Changes
We may change menus, prices or delivery times. We will tell you before a change that affects your plan, and you can cancel if you do not agree.
