Terms of Use

The rules for ordering from Our Paw Stories: prices, payments, food safety, accounts and our responsibility.

Last updated 15 October 2026

The short version

  • Prices are shown with GST before you pay
  • Online payments go through Razorpay: we never see your card
  • Tell us about any allergy before you order
  • Indian law applies, and your consumer rights stay

Who we are

These terms are between you and Our Paw Stories, a brand of Our Hunger Stories (a proprietorship), Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("Our Paw Stories", "we", "us"). By ordering from this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

What we make

Our Paw Stories cooks fresh food for dogs and cats. It is complete only as described on each dish, and it is not a veterinary medicine or a prescription diet. If your pet is unwell, pregnant, very young or old, on a vet's diet, or has a known allergy, please talk to your vet before you change what they eat, and tell us about any allergy when you order.

Orders and prices

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on each page and again at checkout, with any taxes, delivery charge and discount, before you pay.
  • An order is confirmed when your payment succeeds (or, for orders from your wallet or a plan, when we accept it). We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a dish is sold out or we cannot reach your address, and you will get a full refund of anything you have paid.
  • Menus, dishes and prices can change. The price you saw at checkout is the price of that order.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We never see or store your card details. If money is taken but your order is not confirmed, it is returned to you automatically by your bank or by us (see our Refund Policy).

Food safety and allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, soy and fish. Dish descriptions list the main ingredients but we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of an allergen. If you have an allergy, tell us before you order and contact us if you are not sure.

Delivery, takeaway, cancellation and refunds

These are covered in our Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep your code to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Using the website

Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break it, copy it in bulk, place false orders or abuse our team or riders. We can suspend an account that does.

Our responsibility

We take care to prepare and deliver your order properly. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and an order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at our place of business in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
